Wheels In Motion 2008 - Registration Opens
Registration is now open for Wheels In Motion 2008. As always events will be held all over Canada, check the Wheels In Motion site for the location nearest you and register early for the 10km.
Obviously we’re already big fans of Rick Hansen here at pushingthelimits and his annual Wheels In Motion event is just as praise worthy, raising money not just for SCI research but for quality of life projects too. If you’re a crazy canuck, or will be up in Canada on 8th June then make sure you head along to an event and help raise some money.
As a 10km, the Wheels In Motion is a great beginner event and very relaxed with the emphasis on fun. Entrants can enter in any mode of transport they want, with some people walking, some using everyday wheelchairs, others in racing chairs and handcycles or powerchairs.
